Stand Up Paddle is increasingly included in training programs by Personal Trainers and Fitness experts. The intensively practiced SUP is a sport that trains the whole body in a very balanced way.
The paddling, performed correctly, is to involve the muscles of the legs, arms, abdomen, buttocks, shoulders, neck and back, giving a 360 ° result. With the SUP Workout the fatigue is so much but surrounded by the sea and the sun is almost like not feeling it! It is exercise with fun factor!
1.5 hour lessons on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 3 pm with our SUP trainers and athletic trainers. The lesson consists of warm up, paddling, high-tempo repetitions, relaxation and stretching.
